Attachments: georgia pacific arkansas 122115.xls Spreadsheet attached. No reasonable potential for the paramaters below. We don’t show any impairments due to Copper or Zinc. Only impairments that are showing up for us are DO, Color, Hg, Nitrate/Nitrite, and Phosphorous. There would be no need to limit Cu and Zn due to 303(d) impairments in LA. Dieldrin may be removed provided that there is a statement from the facility that Dieldrin is not on site and citation to the statement is placed in the fact sheet. Dieldrin is a banned pesticide and shouldn’t be on site anway. Suggest proceeding ahead with permit according AR regulations/implementation plans and impairments. There doesn’t seem to be any issues for LA. Loretta, I have attached the WQBEL spreadsheet that we use to evaluate reasonable potential. However, I think that it would be best to send me the analytical information from the GP application that you want screened. This would save resources in training staff in Arkansas to properly use the spreadsheet. I can probably have the screening spreadsheet along with documentation back to you within a day. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Bruce Bruce Fielding Water Permits Division Office of Environmental Services (225) 219-3231
